What, Why

For any business, converting visitors into leads is an activity of great importance. Setting up a form can help you capture all your website visitors and convert them into leads with ease. Follow these steps to set up forms on your website


How to create the form?

For creating a new form, find the “New” button on the top right of the page and click on the same. This leads you to the page where you can create forms. On the new form page, you will be presented with a host of options to set up and customize your web form. Read the table below to understand the different form fields.

Name of the form

This field requires you to give a name to your form. To ease with identification, maintain a naming convention that helps you identify the form as this is only for internal purposes and will not be visible on the form.Example: Sign up form, Request a demo or Submit your queries,etc.

Submit Button Label

Call to action text of the button. Example: Join us, Contact us, Request a demo etc.

Form Fields

Your form comprises of fields that allows you ask relevant questions to your customers and get back responses for the same. For any field, there are 2 options available.

  • Label: Name of the field that you want to display in the form to your customers.
  • Is it required?: If the toggle is “Yes” then it makes it a mandatory field for your lead to fill. Until all required fields are filled the form cannot be submitted.

The form supports pre-defined fields mentioned below:

Confirmation message

Display a success message at the bottom of the form after successful form submission by the user

How to customize the form?

You can customize the form by clicking on the Edit form option once the form is created.

Email To

Feed the email address to which all notifications will be sent. You can send notification to multiple email IDs. Just add those emails separated by commas. Whenever a form is submitted, a notification will be sent to this email. Example: hello@humane.club, info@humane.club

Redirect Page

After a form is submitted, you can direct your user to another webpage. Example: Take user to Thank you page and allow them to download content or show other products / offerings.

Do you want to blocklist emails for this form?

If the selected value is “Yes” then it will block all the emails from the domains where you do not want to receive form submissions. Example: personal email IDs like gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc.

Do you want to enable captcha for this form?

If the selected value is “Yes” then it will enable Captcha for the form. This will prevent bots from sending spam messages to your inbox

Do you want to disable Hubspot tracker for this form?

This field will appear only if the “Hubspot ID” is filled in the Marketing > Settings > Integrations section. If the selected value is “Yes” then the data of the form will be captured and stored in Hubspot CRM

Do you want to disable Zapier tracker for this form? 

This field will appear only if the “Zapier Custom Hook URL” is filled in the Marketing > Settings > Integrations section. If the selected value is “Yes” then the data of the form will be captured and stored in Pipedrive CRM


How do I ensure I receive notification when a visitor submits the form?

Yes, you can stay in loop by subscribing to receive the notification. If you have created the form, then you will be automatically subscribed to it.

How do I stop receiving the notification?

You can click on three dots and mute notification for a particular form.
