In the event Pykih terminates the Agreement with or without cause, then it shall refund the balance amount (after tax and payment gateway fees) to the Client. Whereas, if the Client terminates this Agreement with or without cause, then the balance amount shall not be refunded by Pykih to the Client. Balance amount means [the amount derived by using the below formula: [Software License and Maintenance Fee / 12 * remaining number of months of the Tenure].
